1. Managing over 100 training courses/seminars under the scheme of China Foreign Aid for Human Resource Development and Cooperation sponsored by Ministry of Commerce of China, including technical training courses, official seminars and ministerial level workshops ranging from bamboo technologies, forestry industry, wildlife conservation, wetland management and nature reserve management etc. Accumulated rich experiences on forestry foreign aid training and management, very fluent in English.

2. Host 2 international cooperation projects sponsored G77, “Bamboo industry development model in China and its implication to Vietnam and Indonesia” and “Bamboo industrialization through value chain study in China, Nepal and Vietnam”. Projects focus on sharing China’s good practices and experiences to the neighboring countries.

3. Host 1 research project “Forest certification and its contribution to bamboo forest sustainable management”, providing baseline data for bamboo forest certification research and application in China.
