As a project manager of small hydropower training of Technical Cooperation among Developing Countries (TCDC), he was in charge of international training, foreign affairs management, small hydropower policy research, etc. Now as a division chief of Foreign Affairs and Training of National Research Institute for Rural Electrification, he has been in charge of more than 30 training workshops or seminars and more than a thousand officials or technicians from over 100 countries have been trained through these workshops or seminars. Besides, he has been in charge of the foreign aid program for developing countries-China-Pakistan Joint Research Center for Small Hydropower, “Belt and Road” science and technology innovation project of Zhejiang province-China-Indonesia Joint Research Center of Hydropower-based Rural Electrification, the national key R&D program of China-China-Pakistan Joint Research and Development Center on Key Technologies of SHP and Rural Electrification, China APEC Cooperation Fund project-Clean Energy-based Rural Electrification Mode and Technology Sharing, etc.
