Dr. Zhao has published more than ten academic papers in journals such as Government Information Quarterly (SSCI index), International Review of Administrative Sciences (SSCI index), and Electronic Markets (SSCI index). She has been awarded the Founder's Fellow Scholarship by the American Society of Public Administration (ASPA) and the “Double High” Prize by Tsinghua University.
