1992-1996 studied in the Department of Physics of Lanzhou University and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree

2000-2003 studied at College of Economics and Management of Lanzhou University and obtained a Master's Degree

2003-2006 studied at College of Economics of Lanzhou University and received a Ph.D.

2016-2017 served as a visiting scholar at the College of Public Policy and Management, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences

From 2006 to present, successively served as lecturer, associate professor and professor at Fuzhou University

The current Deputy Director of the Research Center for Science and Technology Policy and Management of Fuzhou University, the Director of the Chinese Society for Science and Technology Policy, the Executive Director of the Special Committee for the Industrialization of Scientific and Technological Achievements of the Chinese Society for Science and Technology Policy, the 8th and 9th Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Committee of China Democratic National Construction Association of Fujian Province

Science and Technology Policy and Management

master degree or above, minimum 15 years of relevant experience at the national and/or international level

Have presided over a number of projects including the National Social Science Fund Project, the Humanities and Social Science Fund Project of the Ministry of Education, the Fujian Natural Science Fund Project, the Fujian Soft Science Research Project, the Fujian Social Science Planning Project, and major special projects of Fujian Association for Science and Technology etc. Published many papers in academic journals such as SCIE source journals and EI source journals at home and abroad.
