• Tender offers are invited for the provision of services for the supply, installation and commissioning of petroleum testing equipment to the Government of Botswana.

• The physical address for collection of tender documents is:
Department of Energy, Plot 169, Queens Road, Shri Ram House 2nd Floor (Main Mall), Gaborone.
Documents may be collected between 0730 hours to 1245 and 1345 hours to 1630 hours during working days from 7/02/11

• One (1) original plus four (4) copies are to be submitted in plain sealed envelope clearly marked MTC/MMEWR/EAD/2/39/10-11 “A SUPPLIES TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISIONING OF PETROLEUM TESTING EQUIPMENT TO THE GOVERNMENT OF BOTSWANA”
and shall be delivered to the Secretary, Ministerial Tender Committee, Ministry of Minerals, Energy and Water Resources, Fairground Ground Office Park, Block C,Ground Floor Room 19, Plot 50676, Gaborone.

• A non-refundable deposit of P500.00 payable in cash made out in favour of the Government of Botswana is required on collection of the tender documents.

• The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 1000hrs on 22/03/11 following which tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders wishing to attend. Late tender offers will NOT be accepted.

• Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile or e-mail tender offers will NOT be accepted

The Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board’s Standardised Conditions of Tender apply to this procurement, for which all the applicable Tender Data is contained in the tender documents.

Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing, the Government of Botswana is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender offer.
